LTG proudly introduces Kaila Lorenzen, our newest addition to the Traffic Operations Team based in our Melbourne Office. Bringing a diverse background and enthusiasm for transportation engineering, Kaila joins us with a wealth of experience and a passion for the field.
Originally hailing from Illinois, Kaila graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering. Her tenure at MS&T was marked by significant leadership roles, serving as President of the MS&T Equestrian Club and holding positions as Secretary and Scholarship Chair of Phi Sigma Rho, while actively contributing to the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
With almost two years of experience as a Civil Analyst, Kaila adeptly handled developmental design requirements from inception to completion, honing her expertise in the field. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace, reflected in her involvement with professional associations like ASCE Space Coast Branch, Phi Sigma Rho Alumni, and SWE.
