After five years with Coconut Creek, Mr. Ervin relocated to Ormond Beach, where he held the position of Planning Director from 1994 to 1998. In 2010 Mr. Ervin also completed the master planning for Ormond Crossings. Working under the direction of the Economic Development Director, Mr. Ervin was able to develop and finalize a master development plan and infrastructure development agreement for a 3,095-acre mixed-use development. This project was exempted from the Development of Regional Impact process so it was necessary to ensure that a balanced plan be approved to ensure both public and private interests were protected. As the Planning Director at LTG, Mr. Ervin looks to build upon his track record of success, client satisfaction, and industry respect. |
