Welcome New Employees!

Nelson Caparas, PE

LTG is pleased to welcome Nelson Caparas, PE as a Senior Project Manager. Nelson has been working in traffic engineering for over 27 years and brings with him the experience, knowledge and drive to move projects from the conceptual stage to construction. He was previously the Jacksonville Traffic Engineering Chief, a voting member of the NFTPO TCC and served on the Jacksonville Context Sensitive Streets Standards Committee. Nelson will be opening LTG’s new Jacksonville office in March of 2020.

Crystal Mercedes, PTP

LTG welcomes the newest member of our team, Crystal Mercedes, PTP as a Senior Project Planner.  Crystal is not new to LTG, she had previously worked for LTG for nine years! Since returning to Florida, she has worked for MetroPlan Orlando (MPO) for three years and most recently for the River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization (R2CTPO) as a Transportation Planner and Program Manager. Her experience provides a valuable contribution to both LTG and our Clients. We are excited to have Crystal on the team!

Mr. West has been promoted to Shareholder while continuing his role as Project Manager. He joined LTG as a Senior Planner and was promoted to Project Manager. His leadership and hard work have had a profound and positive effect on the company. He has been a true asset to our clients, and we could not be more proud of his successes as we continue to grow.

As a Professional Engineer, Sans Lassiter doesn’t just see traffic, he analyzes it. He is president of LTG Engineering & Planning, offering transportation engineering and urban planning services. He is active in civic affairs, having chaired the Volusia & Flagler County Association for Responsible Development. He has held leadership positions with Daytona Beach Partnership, International Speedway Boulevard Coalition, and the Central Florida Regional Coordination Council. Sans sees economic development as critically important. He currently Chairs our Investor Relations Committee. We are proud to have Sans as a Board Level investor in Team Volusia EDC.

LTG, Inc. Announces Shareholder Promotions

LTG, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of two associates to shareholders of the firm. Please join us in congratulating each of them on this achievement.

Gil A. Ramirez, PE

Mr. Ramirez has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Shareholder and Vice President. He joined LTG in 2013 and has successfully opened and exponentially grown both the staff and client base of LTG’s Brevard County office in West Melbourne over the last several years. He has been a true asset to our clients and we could not be more proud to call him a partner as we continue to grow.


Judy Kasza

Ms. Kasza has been promoted to shareholder while continuing in her role as CFO of the firm. Judy has directed LTG’s financial growth into a successful multi-faceted firm since inception in 2002. Her philosophy is that better decisions are made with better information.  Judy’s talent, energy and hard work plays a key part in helping the firm achieve its business goals.

Welcome New Employees!

Josh Black

LTG would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of the LTG team, Josh Black.  With over 11 years of experience, Josh will be working as a Senior Designer in our West Melbourne office.  Josh will be assisting us with project management, engineering design (Intelligent Transportation Systems [ITS], lighting, signalization, drainage, etc.) and traffic impact studies.  His public-sector experience with both Brevard County and the Florida Department of Transportation provides a valuable contribution to both LTG and our clients.  We are looking forward to having him on the team!

Anthony O’Neal

We are happy to announce the newest addition to the LTG team in Ormond Beach, Anthony O’Neal.  Anthony is an alumnus of Bethune Cookman University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Engineering in 2013.  We are looking forward to Anthony’s technical contributions as a traffic analyst on our traffic impact studies.

George Galan, PE

LTG is pleased to welcome George Galan, PE as a Senior Project Manager. George has been working in traffic engineering for over 30 years and brings with him the experience, knowledge and drive to move projects from the conceptual stage to construction. George is considered an expert in the field of traffic engineering, data collection and analysis, and construction services. His expertise led him to develop an innovative portable self-contained Video Turning Movement Counter (TMC) recorder that reduced cost and provided quality data for studies and analysis. George is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.

Bahram Joulaee, PE

LTG welcomes the newest member of our team, Bahram Joulaee, PE as a Senior Project Engineer. Bahram is registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in both Florida and Georgia, and brings 21 years of engineering experience in the areas of traffic signalization design, phasing and timing; roadway design; field inventories; signing and pavement marking design; and interconnect plans. His expertise in traffic operations has been applied to projects for FDOT Districts 2 and 5, and throughout Central and Northeast Florida. Bahram has received a B.S. in Geology from the University of Ferdosi in Mashad, Iran, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Gregg Gayle

Gregg Gayle has recently joined LTG as a Senior Designer. Gregg brings over 20 years of design, survey mapping, and CAD experience, mostly for transportation services in Florida. He attended the Pratt Institute of Technology in Brooklyn, NY, where he completed his Associate’s degree in Architectural Delineation. Gregg has also received his certification in Concrete Technology, as well as other professional certifications throughout his career.

Shanghong Ding

Please welcome the newest addition to our Brevard County team, Shanghong Ding. Shanghong brings over nine years of civil engineering experience including highway design, traffic engineering, transportation planning, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education of English Language and Literature (Nanjing Normal University) and both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Florida International University).

Breeta McKenzie

Please extend a warm welcome to Breeta McKenzie, LTG’s new Technical Writer. In addition to general proofreading and document editing, for the last several years Breeta has been improving the quality and content of documents such as software concept manuals, company policy and procedures manuals, and various operations manuals. Breeta has a demonstrated eye for detail and we are looking forward to her involvement to enhance the overall look and quality of our work. Breeta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Embry-Riddle University, with minor courses of study in Applied Mathematics and Human Factors.

Anna Propst

Anna Propst joined LTG in 2017 as a Transportation Analysist. Anna is new to the Ormond Beach area and has demonstrated her desire to grow with a local, professional organization. Her drive and past experiences prove that she will be a great addition to the LTG team in Ormond Beach. Anna holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sustainable Studies and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Florida.
